I am fascinated by portraying people beyond the expected.

I like to take them slightly out of their comfort zones, placing them in distinctive poses, shifting how they are seen, or presenting them in a context that reveals another side of their personality.

Whether photographed within their own world or in a different setting, I look for a singular way of expressing who they are, and perhaps who they can be. A gesture, an attitude, or a moment of vulnerability can say something that the conventional portrait often cannot.

For me, it’s all about creating a captivating image in which someone can be seen from a different perspective.
