Abdellah Laantit

Abdellah Laantit (born in Tangier on 2 January 1954) is a Moroccan painter whose work explores the relationship between colour, form and gesture.

His practice ranges from carefully structured compositions informed by geometric and Cubist principles to more fluid and organic arrangements, where rich textures and spontaneous marks create depth and energy.

Across these different approaches, Laantit has developed a distinctive visual language, bringing together order and freedom, precision and expressive force.
